"I had contacted Cristee in the office at 4:45 p.m. and was in a hurry to obtain our insurance policy because we were at the dealership purchasing a new vehicle. She was so professional, polite and extremely helpful. She took care of everything I needed in such an efficient and quick manner. She had our policy in place and all the necessary documents emailed to me even though she was getting ready to leave for the day to make sure our time at the dealership went smoothly.
